William Howse Balance, asymmetry, symmetry and balance charette

Balance, asymmetry, symmetry and balance charette
First image: asymmetry
Second: symmetry
Third: Balance

My first model demonstrates asymmetry - the wooden sticks project outwards from a centre point, relatively vertically on the right side, while on the other side they span outwards.

The second is rather like fencing and is symmetrical with regards to the diamond shapes between the sticks, rather than the whole object as a whole.

The third shows balance. The triangular structure supports the framework of another structure, balancing evenly.

On all models I found a comfortable balance between using both masking tape and wire to join the sticks together.
